About the role:

Lead the company's marketing strategy within the health sector, developing and executing plans that drive business growth. Conduct market analysis, manage product launches across the Andean Region, and ensure alignment with sales areas, all in compliance with sector regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic marketing plans for business development and growth.
• Lead the development of product and service portfolios.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Manage the marketing budget, controlling investments and ROI.
• Coordinate new product launches, from market research through to implementation.
• Analyze market variables to adjust campaigns and maintain a competitive position.
• Support the sales force with marketing insights and opportunity identification.
• Evaluate and develop business cases aligned with the corporate strategy.

 

Requirements

Education and Languages

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Bilingual (English – Spanish) - fluent.

 

Experience

• Previous experience in leadership roles.
• Track record of managing cross-functional projects.
• Experience in the health sector (insurers, health operators, medical devices, pharmaceuticals) will be a significant differential.

 

Knowledge and Competencies

• Knowledge of the health system, its dynamics, and regulations (desirable).
• Mastery of traditional and digital marketing strategies.
• Skills in market research, data analysis, and report generation.
• Ability to evaluate business models and ROI.
• Leadership profile: ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic vision and results orientation.
• Adaptability to work in multicultural environments.
