HOW WE IMPACT PATIENTS

Network Account Manager (NAM) is field based colleague focused on uncovering unmet needs, enabling networks, and partnering on promotional activities. NAM is responsible to strategically position Pfizer at national level as a partner who accelerates the transition to a patient-centered, sustainable healthcare system. NAM designs and implements account plans for the assigned strategic networks & accounts, reflecting Pfizer’s middle/long-term business objectives ensuring access to Pfizer innovative portfolio. NAM pro-actively engages with strategically positioned stakeholders within hospital and retail channels to build smart coalitions around a therapeutic / value proposition. NAM thinks beyond customer demands and needs and is a trusted advisor within the strategic networks, stakeholders, and accounts. NAM is also responsible for successful achieving of the strategic goals and delivery of robust financial results in close collaboration with local Category Lead / Sales Lead / Channel & Content Specialist / H&V.

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Monitor the competitive environment and market dynamics of strategic networks, accounts, and stakeholders in order to anticipate on commercial opportunities.

• Achieve portfolio and business value, in which Pfizer is seen as a leader providing differentiated, unique products and services, as well as being an expert in the strategic development of medical care in specific therapy area.

• Identify and develop productive, mid- & long- term relationships with networks, key stakeholders, and strategic accounts to optimize value driven medical care in line with Pfizer’s “Patient First” philosophy.

• Ensure objectives of the strategic networks and accounts are met and pro-actively provide updates on patients’ and financial’ forecasts.

• Identify and partner with stakeholders involved into patients’ management in line with the role responsibilities.

• Engage target customers via omnichannel communication using preferred by customer channels.

• Leverage partnership with networks, accounts, and stakeholders at local and regional levels to improve patients’ lives.

• Make significant impact on stakeholders’ education to improve awareness in efficacy, safety, and availability for patients.

• Support customers by engaging through both in-person and virtual interactions.

• Have a deep understanding on products/therapeutic area, asset’s positioning, and prioritization.

• Maintain an excellent level of understanding of the access and pricing conditions of each BU asset. • Set prioritized accounts and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

• Manage key national and regional networks & accounts.

• Problem-solve complex account / institution challenges related to product procurement with stakeholders.

• Respond to customer requests by connecting with cross functional team to provide responses and input.

• Arrange meetings to support communication and education related to our disease areas.

• Bring customers together to progress areas of mutual interest related to our therapy areas.

• Collaborate with National KOLs, experts in healthcare policy to drive advocacy at national level.

• Seek out opportunities for synergy and collaboration to achieve both Pfizer and Customer goals through active and transparent stakeholder/account planning.

• Leverage the value proposition for Pfizer to create mutually beneficial business opportunities that result in action.

• Identify, connect, and communicate multiple insights from various stakeholders to develop a plan of action that is mutually beneficial to Pfizer and customers.

• Works on Pfizer products’ demand & stock management within Pfizer objectives and MOH programs to maximize orders and ensure no patients are left behind without treatment.

• Secure optimal sell-out; monitors the stocks.

• Collaborate within networks, multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient pathway to enable Pfizer products prescription to clinically eligible patients.

• Timely visits and activities planning for the promotional cycle.

• Effective implementation of the centrally approved marketing strategy on the subordinate area by delivery high quality promotional calls to target stakeholders.

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Bachelor's Degree in in life science discipline; Masters preferred.

• Broad knowledge of healthcare environment.

• Successful track record in account management.

• Computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

• Language Requirements: English, Croatian, Serbian, Slovenian

• A Strategic mind, strong understanding of data and how to utilize insights in an omnichannel approach.

• Strong interpersonal skills to manage different kind of conversations with a diversity of internal stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and changeable environment where your capability to analyze information and find new solutions is key for achieving results.
