About the role:

The Warranty & After Market specialist PL products will be responsible for support aftermarket sales and service in the residential & industrial business creating synergies with the Commercial Team, accordingly with AW After Market roadmap including products and applications support and claims management.

  • Quality & field support interface between customer/CT/OEM´s/Site

  • Provide field support for commissioning and troubleshooting on complex / critical applications

  • Manage claim data information and warranty decision

  • Negotiation and public relations/training skills at service partners

  • Define prioritization of RMA and reporting (testing)

  • Support for in discussion and definition for RMA process with customers

  • Activate fast lane for warranty emergencies

  • Monitor effectiveness in the field for corrective actions introduced

  • Bring the voice of the customer in manufacturing environment to ensure proper feedback to production processes about field issues

  • Perform front end/back end and prioritization reporting for all products

  • Define and ensure internal recording is done by all involved parties on claim level along the RMA process, from first info by customers until report to the customer including warranty decision

  • Define and ensure internal recording is done on single part level to guarantee DPD calculations and product/customer specific analysis

  • Keep track on failure rates (by customer, by part) for reporting and improvement activities / use COGNOS

  • Keep track on specific and overall warranty costs (by customer, by part)

  • Support CT and local controlling in discussion with the customers

  • Support warranty cost approvals between customer/selling sub and selling sub/production plant in according with After Market Manager

  • Provides superior technical knowledge to assist with problems solving for key customers and employees as needed for relevant customers and products

  • Builds customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and telephone support.

  • Actively participate in NPD projects and manage field testing

  • Produce and release  Service Note, Service Bulletin and QIL as well as field reports.

  • Realize and release quick check procedure for first level analysis of product claimed by the market

  • Field test relevant applications individuation, questionnaire for selection and traceability of field test, final report
     

Qualifications:

  • Technical Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Degree in Electronics engineering (or Electric with proved electronic experience) or equivalent

  • Technical expertise in pump industry/functionality

  • Applications knowledge

  • Computer skills

  • Analysis of relevant data and preparation of reports for senior management

  • Superior customer service and interpersonal skills

  • CI experience is preferred

  • English fluent
