Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall project planning and management including design, tender management and supervision of A&A, New Works and Improvement Works in operations, repairs and maintenance of all MEP works as assigned.

  • Support all other operating departments, supplying services as required to the entire operation, and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds are in optimum conditions.

  • Provide technical support to Design Development in all MEP aspects.

  • Support training and provide opportunity for employee development from within.

  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with senior management.

  • Create a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project.

  • Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities.

  • Review the project schedule with senior management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities, revise the schedule as required.

  • Determine the objective and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at tis completion.

  • Review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in project direction in a similar capacity within the hospitality, entertainment, and/or gaming industries.

  • Advanced degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Management, Building Services, or other relevant disciplines.

  • Excellent English communication skills, with a good command of spoken and/or written Chinese preferred.

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Primavera, and Microsoft Project.

  • Must be able to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

  • Strong capability and application of leadership management concepts and techniques in areas such as project/change management, idea creation, employee development, and cross-team effectiveness. Ability to establish an independent view and effectively collaborate in decision-making.
