Key Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements and attract world-class talent.
• Use Textio to build job descriptions that achieve a 90% score, ensuring they are exceptionally engaging and inclusive.
• Craft and send personalized outreach emails to engage passive candidates on platforms like Eightfold and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes effectively.
• Perform pre-screening calls to analyze candidates' abilities and fit for the role.
• Promote Micron's reputation as a great place to work through positive candidate interactions and communications.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the performance indicators required for the position while closely following important measurements.
• Stay informed about new technological trends and products to improve recruiting strategies.
• Support recruiting for multiple locations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and collaboration.

Desired Qualifications

• Demonstrable track record as a Recruiter with experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience recruiting highly skilled engineers and technicians for semiconductors or related industries.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles clearly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with hiring managers and within the talent acquisition team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and modern Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques and platforms, ensuring a proactive approach to finding the best talent.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or a related field of study.
• A combination of experience and education (without a degree) will also be considered.
