An opportunity currently exists for an energetic and talented Resource Coordinator.  This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of internal processes, systems administration and personnel to maximise our productivity and continue to make DXC a great place to work.

As a part of the Business Operations team, you will work across all teams in the business and will be responsible for ensuring that resourcing and recruitment activities are managed and progressed in a timely manner, maintaining systems and reporting and coordinating a range of business activities that help enable us to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Strong past office management/resource coordination experience
  • The ability to plan and organise work in a manner that ensures timeframes are managed
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of workflows, recruitment procedures and timelines required to onboard new staff.
  • Hight attention to detail, with the ability to work through levels of ambiguity to drive business outcomes.
  • Previous experience within a sector where there is high volume recruitment and on-boarding.
  • Effective database management
  • Data entry and compliance duties
  • Promoting a positive safety culture across the business
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and work collaboratively across varied teams and stakeholders
  • Computer skills: Outlook and Excel, intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
