As the Director of Product Management – Marketing Technology, you will play a critical role in developing and managing sophisticated marketing technology platforms. This role will involve integrating internal and external systems, optimizing technological capabilities, and driving innovation in marketing automation. You will collaborate closely with data and analytics teams and lead improvements in processes, workflows, and content capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technology Strategy & Leadership: Define and lead the technology strategy for omnichannel marketing automation. Oversee the development and enhancement of marketing platforms, including customer data platforms, intelligent communication systems, and advanced MarTech and AdTech solutions.

  • Integration & Optimization: Manage the integration of marketing technologies with internal and external systems. Optimize technology capabilities to improve performance, scalability, and ROI.

  • Data & Analytics Collaboration: Partner with data and analytics teams to integrate data platforms, identity resolution, and advanced analytics solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to drive product development and marketing strategies.

  • Innovation Management: Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in marketing. Identify and implement new tools and methodologies that enhance marketing effectiveness and drive innovation.

  • Process & Workflow Leadership: Spearhead the development and optimization of processes and workflows related to marketing technology and automation. Ensure workflows are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

  • Content Capabilities: Lead the advancement of content management and personalization capabilities within marketing platforms. Enhance automation and content strategies to improve customer engagement and experience.

  • Team Leadership: Manage a team of product managers and technical program managers and engineers. Provide direction, mentorship, and support to ensure successful technology deployment and ongoing improvement.

  • Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee relationships with technology vendors, ensuring they meet performance standards and delivery requirements. Manage the budget for technology initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and address complex technological challenges. Develop and implement solutions to mitigate risks and resolve issues impacting technology performance and integration.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in product management with a focus on marketing technology.

  • Experience in developing, integrating, and optimizing marketing technology platforms and leading data and analytics initiatives.

  • Experience with MarTech, AdTech, data platforms, content and process platforms.

  • Experience with technology integration, automation, and optimization.

  • Experience with marketing cloud products (Salesforce stack preferred), Google Marketing Platform, cloud platforms (Azure preferred), and data management tools. Experience with migration and integration processes is essential.

  • Prior experience leading technology teams and projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
