Performs multiple complex technology activities that support major information systems throughout NewYorkPresbyterian. Provides technical expertise for Information Services initiatives throughout NYP. Applies comprehensive technical knowledge to assigned system(s), and provides technical informational support to Information Services staff as well as end users. May provide consultation on projects and is considered to be a technical expert for assigned system(s).
We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our Provider Services Technology team, supporting the integration and optimization of technologies and processes across NewYork-Presbyterian (NYP), Columbia University Irving Medical Center (CUIMC), and Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM). This role is critical to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for providers across these prestigious institutions.
The Technical Architect will play a strategic role in designing and implementing solutions that support credentialing, enrollment, and privileging activities, collaborating closely with stakeholders across departments to align technology with operational goals. This individual will be responsible for evaluating current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and leading initiatives that enhance provider onboarding workflows and data integrity.
