Own the enterprise customer master data strategy and roadmap.
Oversee data quality, deduplication, hierarchies, and lifecycle management.
Ensure customer data supports order‑to‑cash, pricing, compliance, and analytics.
Define and track data quality KPIs and improvement plans.
Act as the primary business partner to the Informatica SaaS MDM Application Owner.
Lead MDM requirements, prioritization, and platform evolution.
Design and govern a global data stewardship model, including standards, roles, and escalation.
Drive adoption of data governance and change management practices.
Coordinate with Finance, Commercial, Sales, and ERP owners to align data ownership and usage.
Ensure MDM is the authoritative source for downstream systems.
Establish and lead the Customer Data Governance and Steering Committee.
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field from an accredited college or university.
8+ years in data architecture, MDM, data governance, or data quality roles.
5+ years of project leadership and people management experience.
Hands‑on experience with customer/account master data, data profiling, and ER modeling.
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
Ability to travel 20% annually
Experience with Informatica SaaS MDM or similar tools.
Knowledge of SAP or Oracle ERP customer master data.
Experience with semantic data models or knowledge graphs.
Familiarity with enterprise data governance frameworks.
Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
Background in Power generation industry and commercial process
Expertise in customer data, hierarchies, and deduplication.
Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data concepts into business outcomes.
Structured, system‑driven mindset with governance leadership capability.
Strong interest in GE Vernova’s Power, Wind, and Electrification businesses from a customer perspective.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,200.00 and $198,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
