Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up customers in a prompt and polite manner that provides an excellent customer experience

  • Complete required documentation

  • Ensure shuttle vehicle is kept clean and organized - interior and exterior

  • Ensure vehicle and keys are returned at the end of every shift in good repair

  • Report any shuttle vehicle issues and damages immediately

  • Responsible for ensuring regular maintenance on the shuttle vehicle is completed, including regular checking of oil and fluids

  • Participate and promote health and safety procedures

  • Assist the Lot and Service teams in maintaining a clean and organized lot

  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Familiar and comfortable navigating the city of Winnipeg

  • Demonstrated customer service skills

  • Proven track record of reliability

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills

  • Energized by customer interactions with strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles is an asset
