As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while preserving compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective application adjustments is a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for application development and integration.
- Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze issues and implement practical solutions.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
