Position Summary

The Manager, Immunizations Growth, will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that align with the company’s goals to drive sustainable growth within the Immunizations portfolio. This includes analyzing market trends, and customer and colleague feedback to identify opportunities. You will support development and implementation of short- and long-term roadmaps that enable the organization to deliver on its strategic priorities, develop strategic perspectives on new and existing capabilities, develop pilots/tests to determine effectiveness of tactics and make recommendations for the future roadmaps in the portfolio. You will be a good fit for this role if you are:

  • Expert communicator and storyteller, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others
  • Experienced business case developer with the ability to analyze opportunities via competitive insights, sizing analyses, and market trends
  • Critical thinker who easily connects the dots across multiple inputs, including various business opportunities, insights, constraints, and experience to discern the best course of action
  • Proactive, takes the initiative to act, and operates with high levels of accountability
  • Highly inquisitive and curious, developing a deep understanding of the Immunizations portfolio and its competitive landscape
  • Skilled collaborator and can partner across a matrixed organization, gaining alignment across functions, and influencing without authority

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience (consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development)
  • 2+ years of experience in business case development, building strategic roadmaps and/or bringing technology solutions to life
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of time, on an as needed basis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare services (e.g., pharmacy, hospitals/health systems, primary care)
  • Pharmacy operations experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$66,330.00 - $145,860.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
