  • Expected Pay Range:  $40-42 an hour *Compensation to be commensurate with experience; candidates with significant and/or relevant experience may be eligible for compensation above this stated range.

What You’ll Do

  • Support a close-knit Chicago Loop-based Legal team that handles the company’s legal, regulatory, and intellectual property matters and sits at the center of many of FutureCeuticals’ most important business objectives.
  • Assist with discrete legal projects and initiatives, including contracts, corporate records, correspondence, and regulatory submissions (domestic and international).
  • Manage legal records, templates, policies, and confidential documentation.
  • Support administration of our automated contract lifecycle system (Ironclad), including intake, routing, approvals, and archiving.
  • Compile and organize departmental data related to department functions, including budgets and expenses.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting attorneys/legal departments in a paralegal or legal support role.
  • Ability to take initiative and ownership over projects, identify issues, and problem-solve, with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and play a key role within a dynamic, team-based environment.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
