JOB PURPOSE

•    Execution of Heat Treatment process as per production planning
•    Effective manpower utilization on daily basis.
•    Ensure Zero Accidents & Near Miss & Safety incidents.
•    HT Process Control batch type Furnaces.
•    Addressing Furnaces Maintenance Related Issues

Key Responsibilities:

• All work will be performed with safety in mind for yourself, coworkers, and equipment always.
• To work within guidelines of the company rules and guidelines to comply with company standards.
• To plan and execute loading, unloading of castings
• To ensure operation and maintenance of heat treatment furnaces
• The ability to read basic measuring devises.
• Records and maintains Heat Treatment process setup sheets
• Active participation during the discussions to optimize and improving the efficiency and quality with parameter adjustment, new method application & qualifications.
• Participate during audit of HT furnace and the calibration process
• Extensive hands-on experience with the entire steel Heat Treatment process, should be familiar with Heat Treatment Furnace and relevant machinery and equipment used for Heat Treatment
• Knowledge of Steel Casting heat treatment cycles, loading of parts and the analysis of heat treatment graphs, water quenching, etc
• Improves and documents processes on existing Heat Treatment batches, using established systematic techniques.
• Ensure a correct Definition & Deployment of Process Flow on Heat Treatment Area.
