We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our Go-to-Market Finance & Operations team at Illumio. This position is a great opportunity for someone who has strong analytical & financial modeling skills, can partner and interface with executives and senior leadership, collaborates well cross-functionally and with all levels of the organization, is an all-around team player and is passionate about driving results in a pre-IPO environment.  The Senior GTM Finance Manager will play a critical role in executing our go-to-market strategy. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of financial planning, analysis and business partnering. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving top line growth and optimizing go-to-market operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the executive team and GTM business leaders (Sales, Marketing, Partners and Customer Success) to provide timely, insightful and data-driven relevant financial support to drive top line growth and GTM efficiency.

  • Own annual planning, monthly close and rolling forecasting processes for all GTM functions. Optimize recurring processes to improve forecast accuracy and predictability in results.

  • Develop, analyze and report key metrics to identify trends, opportunities and risks. Influence business actions with insights to help the company achieve top line and bottom-line goals.

  • Lead cross functional initiatives, provide financial education and transparency to business partners and peer functions.

  • Stay on top of industry trends and market dynamics. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize go-to-market strategies.

Experience:

  • Team player with a “can do” attitude and keen business acumen.

  • A curiosity to keep learning and take initiatives to solve problems.

  • Highly analytical with attention to detail.

  • Ability to think strategically and operate tactically at the same time.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Can explain financial concepts and data to non-finance leaders.

  • Adaptive to changes and can enjoy a fast-paced environment

  •  Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related fields required. MBA or equivalent degree a plus

  • 5-10 years of relevant experience in GTM finance, preferably in SaaS industry.

  • Expert in Excel and PowerPoint. Adaptive experience a strong plus

Pay Range:

$  167,000USD - $200,000.00 USD

The pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, or applicable laws.
