We're seeking an exceptional leader to join our Transformation team as Vice President, Program Management. As a key member of the Transformation team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our organization through planning, expert execution, and effective collaboration with our senior leadership and external partners.
The ideal candidate has exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, is detail oriented with an analytical mindset, executive level communicator and can effectively multitask to manage his or her time across various roles and responsibilities. In this role, the individual will report to the Chief Transformation Officer and be based in Raleigh North Carolina.
Job Responsibilities
Spearhead daily interconnected meetings for Arch Mid-corp acquisition, ensuring seamless integration and progress
Lead the executive steering committee monthly meeting with Arch Leadership, fostering alignment and driving decision-making
Develop Board, and Executive level materials, providing insightful analysis and strategic recommendations
Manage issue escalation and resolution, facilitating prompt and effective problem-solving
Facilitate meetings with Arch workstream leaders
Conduct daily meetings with external party counterpart to identify, assign priority work and communication cascade across the program
Facilitate required meeting, workshops and presentations between Arch and external counterpart
Manage and facilitate the ongoing work order and TSA process between counterpart and various functions within Arch including but not limited to Management, Legal and Finance
Provide ad-hoc support to resolve potential bottlenecks within and across the separation activity
Responsible for all knowledge management related to the acquisition and separation of the program, ensuring knowledge sharing and best practices
Provide comprehensive status reporting across programs, ensuring transparency and informed decision-making
Lead a team of direct reports and influences indirect reports across workstreams and segments
Provides significant direction and guidance to peers responsible for delivering and leading aspects of the integration work
Desired Skills/Experience
Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
Advanced proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Access, PowerPoint
Capable of delivering results both independently and as part of a team
Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively at all levels within the company.
Required Skills/Experience
10+ years’ experience leading enterprise wide initiatives or programs
Significant experience partnering with senior leaders in an organization
Experience leading transformational programs
Must be able to travel as required, to work flexible hours (late nights, weekends) given the nature of the integration work
Education
Bachelor's Degree
