Purpose:
The Cardiovascular Sales Manager, Slovenia and Croatia is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales growth. Manages individual contributors and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Collaborates with multiple departments on internal strategies and supports organizational objectives and business goals. Manages initiatives, timelines, approvals, and plans. Demonstrated leadership capability including the ability to lead and manage through change with a track record of success working within a matrix organizational environment, as well as enterprise mindset decision-making. Directs activities for strategic initiatives and serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
