We're searching for a solution program manager who excels in the following responsibilities:

  • Manages and leads solution programs involving multiple functions and project teams.
  • Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes, handling multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Develops and directs the development of schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, resource allocation plans, and other support requirements for assigned programs. 
  • Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal/external partners. Foster collaboration and ensure everyone aligns with established plans, adjusting as needed based on data analysis.
  • Manages programs to ensure procedural compliance, maintenance, and safety practices are followed for new and existing equipment. Safety and adherence to protocols are paramount.
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders. 
  • Collaborates with management and internal partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices. 
  • Follows up on open points/actions observed during daily interaction, ensuring they become actionable items.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities. Embrace continuous improvement and implement cutting-edge solutions.
  • Drives best practices through documentation control policies and procedures. Ensure everything is well-documented and organized for future reference.
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members. Share your knowledge and expertise to help others grow.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
