Overview:
We are seeking a highly cross-functional professional to drive operational excellence across Topography’s services and products. Reporting to the Director of Physician Partnerships, you will identify, scope, and lead operational improvements across a number of key functions, including new product launches, site operations, and go to market development. You will work closely with Business Development, Implementation, Clinical Operations, Product, and Engineering to drive Topography’s mission of joyful, safe, efficient, and scalable clinical trial programs.
The ideal candidate can create and manage a project plan with ease. As a confident generalist, you are excited to work across a variety of projects and initiatives. You are self-assured in your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, navigate obstacles creatively, and act as the voice of the customer to inform improvements while pushing operational initiatives forward. To be successful it will be imperative that you love to learn about our customers - our patients, our physicians, our sites, and our life science partners - to make thoughtful data-driven decisions and iterate quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Identify, scope, and deploy operational improvement plans in line with Topography’s mission
2.) Accountable for the success of Topography onboarding for assigned clients
3.) Form strong and productive working relationships with client counterparts, keeping both parties on track towards achieving mutual goals
4.) Work autonomously and creatively in navigating and overcoming obstacles that you encounter, partnering with client counterparts and relevant internal team members to reduce barriers to success and mitigate risks
5.) Build strong feedback loops and serve as the voice of the customer to internal partners to advise improvements to Topography’s products and delivery approach
Minimum Qualifications:
4+ years experience in a client facing project management, consulting, or operations role
4+ years of experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects in dynamic environments, and strong relationship-building skills to influence and achieve mutual goals
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with healthcare organizations
Prior experience working with engineering and product teams
Prior experience in a startup environment
Prior Epic experience
