Collaborate with DevOps, development, support, security teams, and vendor/outsourced partners to troubleshoot production events and ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR).
Enforce configuration management, version control, disaster recovery strategies, patching and best practices for identity management, authentication, and access control.
Build and maintain automated operational workflows for AWS‑hosted applications using scripting, IaC, and AWS services

Bonus: experience with Veeam, FinOps, SNOW or regulated healthcare environments.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
You’re a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, thrive in a collaborative environment, and are committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence. How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
