THE WORK: You will have the opportunity to work independently and become a subject matter expert in a dynamic and collaborative team environment. Your active participation and contribution in team discussions will be highly valued as you help provide innovative solutions to work-related problems.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
Engage with customers after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfaction
Support and service assigned accounts
Drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
Conduct issue, opportunity, forecasting, and business reviews
Maintain lead and opportunity records, including next actions and follow-up expectations
Review sales pipeline and performance
Produce performance and forecast reports
Engage in discovery, scoping, and pricing
 

HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Proficiency in Sales Organizations
A minimum of 1 year of experience with the full cycle sales process
High School Diploma/GED

Intermediate proficiency in Inside Sales
Intermediate proficiency in Sales Onboarding
Intermediate proficiency in Sales Origination
