Franklin Templeton’s Digital Assets team, part of the Innovation Research, Strategies & Technologies (FIRST) group, has been active in the digital assets ecosystem since 2018. With over 40 team members, the department drives innovation in digital asset solutions, contributing to Franklin Templeton’s leadership in this space. The team supports strategic growth through client engagement, product development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Core Responsibilities
You will support sales goals by promoting digital asset products.
You will respond to client queries and coordinate with the Salesperson.
You will increase client engagement and adoption of our offerings.
You will anticipate client needs and address them proactively.
You will greet customers in person & virtually in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
You will provide pre & post meeting/event support including setup, coordination, and follow-up.
Strategic Responsibilities
You will oversee onboarding and servicing workflows.
You will streamline processes and support client back offices.
You will resolve service-related queries efficiently.
You will collaborate across teams to close issues.
You will analyze service trends and propose improvements.
You will lead small sales-related projects.
Team & Collaboration
You will document client queries and build reference materials.
You will log client interactions in the CRM system.
Experience, Education & Certifications
2+ years in a related industry or specialization
Bachelor’s degree or higher
Experience in dealing with Hedge Fund clients
Technical Skills
Familiarity with derivatives
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and sales enablement platforms
Knowledge of digital asset trends and players
Soft Skills
Strong verbal and written communication
Self-motivated and results-driven
Committed to excellent client service
Eager to learn and grow
Comfortable engaging clients throughout the sales cycle
