About Prague House

Many of our client group live with mental health diagnoses, substance misuse issues or an acquired brain injury. Due to the impact of these, many of our clients also have a history of homelessness or were at high risk of homelessness.
As a Registered Nurse at Prague House, you will play a crucial role in leading a dedicated team in our person-centred approach to care.
We are a vital part of St Vincent’s Hospital Melbourne Residential, Palliative Care & Correctional Health Services, a key clinical service program of SVHM and broader SVHA Public Hospital division.
About the Role

Working within a collaborative team of enrolled nurses and health care workers, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and management, to support the provision of individualised care that meets the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Classifications for this position is YS9 ($99,252 per annum pro rata)
