Job Description Summary:

The Physician Practice Administrator directs, coordinates, and manages all practice functions within our palliative care and hospice service lines. They are responsible for practice operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, and implements and supports MSF policies and procedures. They will work effectively with physicians and other care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and practice efficiencies. In addition, this person provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study: Healthcare
Field of Study: Business Administration
Field of Study: related field.
Years of experience: 5 to 10

SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE
Field of Study: Healthcare or Business Administration or related field required; Masters Degree strongly preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of related health care experience, preferably in an ambulatory care setting, including 5 years of supervision or management experience.
A minimum of 10 years of health care management experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting. May be substituted in lieu of education requirements in certain circumstances.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
Master's Degree strongly preferred
