Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Initiates/reviews purchasing transactions.
Processes travel advances; reviews supporting documentation and submits travel expense reports on a timely basis.
Reviews and processes Procard transactions for approval.
Processes internal and external invoices.
Provides entry and reconciliation support for annual budget process. Monitors account balances, maintains open encumbrances, processes journals and budget adjustments.
Works with HR/payroll coordinator to ensure accurate entry and maintenance of HR data for faculty, students, postdocs and staff.
Prepares financial, budget and general reports, as requested.
Provides general office support.
Performs other duties as assigned.
