As a Registered Nurse, you’ll be part of an experienced, engaged and dedicated team helping to create a welcoming, professional and supportive care experience for the residents of St Vincent's Care Service, Auburn.
Our facility offers residents a supportive and welcoming environment, with Residential Living aged care, Independent Living and Community Living services all available at the same location.
This is a permanent part time opportunity working 3-4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri - 2.30 pm to 9 pm shift).

Things that work for us:
Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility preferred (2 years+ desirable)
Experience with NDIS and Huntington's Disease highly regarded
Permanent part time opportunity working 3-4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri - 2.30 pm to 9 pm shift).
Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example
High level of customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Ability to follow directives as per care plan
Excellent record keeping skills with experience using Autumn Care (or similar) desirable
Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
National Police Certificate
NDIS Worker Screening Check is a requirement of this role.
