We are looking for an Advanced Development Technical Leader for the Battery Thermal Management department at our production site in Zebrak. The candidate will be responsible for the project performance and the stakeholders coordination.

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the deliverables:

• Following CLEAN Project Management

• In charge of the robust design in line with the economical targets

• Applies Standardization rules

• Call for all necessary design reviews, making sure all is done in timely manner

• Communication with the clients, vendors and other stakeholders, break down and cascade, report and escalate requests and needs

Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting

• Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipment's, investments

• Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the milestones

• Follow activities and spending of his scope to meet his allowed budget

 

Management of the contributors

• Daily management of all R&D contributors

• Assign to them the work packages needed

• Regular review with their R&D manager or Product Manager and the Discipline Department Managers

Your profile:

• Education in Technical/Engineering field

• Experience in technical design

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Experience from the automotive field or with BTM/coolers desirable

• Experience with simulations and simulation tools welcomed
