Responsibilities:
 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements. By fostering a collaborative environment, you will develop plans and effectively manage risks and issues.
     
  • Lessons Learned & Continuous Improvement: You will facilitate lessons learned sessions with stakeholders to understand why certain projects may not have met expected results. You will then document, track the progress of preventive and corrective measures until closure, ensuring continuous improvement in our project management practices.
     
  • Stakeholder Communication: You will provide regular, clear, and concise status updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership. Your strong communication skills will ensure effective collaboration across all cross-functional teams.
     
  • Compliance & Process Improvement: You will drive process improvements and continuous improvements to improve productivity and efficiency. By identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, you will contribute to the evolution and enhancement of our project delivery.
     
  • Conflict Management: Excellent analysis, problem-solving, conflict management, and time management skills. Ability to interact effectively with executive-level stakeholders. Ability to maintain confidentiality and carry out assignments that are sensitive in nature.
     
  • Software Quality and Productive Metrics: You will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on software quality and productivity metrics. This includes tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
     
  • Coordination and Follow-Ups: You will coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are on track. This involves regular follow-ups, progress tracking, and addressing any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
     

Qualifications & Experience:
 

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in software quality and productivity metrics.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Certifications: PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills. Proficiency in project management tools and software quality management systems.
  • Personal Attributes: Ability to work independently and in a team environment, and a commitment to continuous improvement and excellence.

  • Decision-Making and Problem-Solving: Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, team management, and time management skills, enabling you to drive process improvements and continuous improvements to enhance project delivery and productivity.
