About the Role:

As a member of the Engineering Excellence and Continuous Improvement team, you will support the KPI dashboard Project Lead in driving operational excellence, enabling status updates across stakeholders, and follow up with clarification needs.

What You Will Do:

Specification grooming of requested KPI (e.g. data sources, drafts, clarification) Maintenance of communication information Continuous status reporting based on input from main stakeholder

What You Need:

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field.

• Strong organizational skills and an independent, reliable working style.

• Solid analytical thinking and ability to structure data clearly.

• Confident communication in English; German is a plus.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

• Availability of at least 15 hours per week

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Experience with PowerBI is a plus.

• Prior experience in Data analysis.

• Experience using data visualization or collaboration tools.

• Interest in digitalization, automation, or process optimization.
