Role Summary :
Responsible for handling Production support tickets for SCM Modules like Order Management, Purchasing, Inventory, Manufacturing and Planning responsibilities.
 
Responsibilities :
•    Application Maintenance and Support across globe to meet incident resolution as per agreed SLAs 
•    Adept in handling multiple service partners simultaneously for resolution of issues
•    Good incident management and problem management skills
•    Handful experience in production support in Oracle ERP SCM business processes / India Localization, Statutory knowledge.
•    Willing to work in shifts
•    Experience in end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and support projects is added an advantage
•    Strong on global enterprise enablement/customizations
•    Work closely with the technical, cross-functional and global support teams
 
Requirement:
•    Bachelor’s degree from reputed university (BE/BTECH/MCA)
•    Minimum 8+years of experience in Oracle EBS in SCM Modules.
•    Strong business acumen and communication skills. Ability to work from within IT, while also working across IT and with the business
•    Be able to cope with multi-tasking assignment excellent analytical, interpersonal and good communication skills
•    Working experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
•    Team Player, responsive & organized
•    Willing to travel when required, up to 10% domestic and/or international travel to any of the world-wide Flowserve sites
