Who you are:

As a Treasury Management Service Coordinator with Frost, you are our backbone. In this role, you will be responsible for performing the timely and accurate set up and maintenance of Treasury Management services. You are a self-starter and take the initiative to verify that all customer requests and information correlate to current service parameters and specifications. Processes and procedures are your passion, and you enjoy having the freedom to assist with setting up and maintaining all customer requested Treasury Management subscriptions and services.

What you’ll do: 

  • Set up and maintain all customer requested Treasury Management subscriptions and services
  • Verify that customer requests/information correlate to all current service parameters and specifications before implementation
  • Collaborate with various sales areas, operations, and Treasury Management customer service in order to provide timely and accurate service
  • Keep management apprised of system issues impacting customers
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of experience in treasury management, banking operations, or other relevant field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Additional Preferred Skills:

  • 1+ year customer service experience
