We are searching for the best talent for our Robotic Sales Specialist.
PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Robotic Sales Specialist to drive the adoption and commercialization of the Velys Robotic-Assisted Solution (RAS) across Chile. This individual will play a pivotal role in accelerating customer engagement, clinical adoption, and revenue growth by combining deep technical knowledge with strong sales and relationship management skills. This role will also be responsible for training customers and DePuy Synthes employees to ensure successful and consistent use of the VELYS RAS system.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of robotic orthopaedic systems, the ability to deliver value-based solutions to key stakeholders, and a passion for improving surgical outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive customer engagement and clinical adoption in Chile, partnering closely with Joint Reconstruction Sales Representatives to achieve territory goals for the VELYS platform.
Clearly articulate and position the clinical, operational, and economic value of robotic solutions to surgeons, hospital leadership, and key stakeholders.
Serve as the product and technical expert for the VELYS robotic system, providing clinical support including pre-operative planning and intraoperative workflows.
Deliver on-site support, product demonstrations, and comprehensive training programs for customers and internal employees to ensure safe and effective system usage.
Leverage clinical data and evidence-based insights to reinforce the differentiated value of the VELYS RAS technology.
Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Marketing to develop territory plans aligned with market needs, customer segmentation, and the competitive landscape.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or or a related field.
Strong communication, collaboration, project management and organizational influence skills.
Experience within the MedTech / medical devices industry preferred.
Demonstrated experience in capital sales or robotic / surgical system sales within orthopaedics or related Medtech fields.
Strong technical acumen and ability to explain complex clinical workflows and technology to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Advanced English proficiency.
Must be able to travel up to 15% of the time
