Executive Search  | Senior Research Associate 

 

Job Overview: As an Executive Search Senior Research Associate, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and attracting top senior management and executive talent for Analog Devices. You will work closely with our Executive Search & Strategic Sourcing Leadership team to support various talent acquisition initiatives, ensuring we continue to attract and retain the best leaders in the industry. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Talent Mapping and Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential candidates and industry trends. Develop comprehensive talent maps and target lists for executive roles. 

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques, including networking, online databases, social media, and direct outreach, to identify and engage with potential executive candidates. 

  • Database Management: Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity and accuracy. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the Executive Search team and hiring managers to understand the specific requirements of each role and develop tailored search strategies. 

  • Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial candidate assessments and screenings to evaluate qualifications, fit, and interest level. Provide detailed candidate profiles to the Executive Search team. 

  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry developments, competitive landscape, and talent movement within the technology sector to provide strategic insights to the recruitment team. Assist the team to develop comprehensive insights to empower decisioning across our corporate functions .  

Qualifications & Skills 

Suitable candidates will demonstrate: 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 

  • Previous experience in executive search, talent acquisition, or market research, preferably within the technology or semiconductor industry handling exceptionally niche role requisitions 

  • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data from various sources. 

  • Passion for people and extreme curiosity. ADI is a highly innovative and dynamic environment – it is imperative that a member of the executive search team remain ‘plugged in’ to all areas of the organization.  

  • Proven skills in identifying candidatures through unlike and novel means beyond conventional methods e.g. LinkedIn etc. 

  • An interest in utilizing contemporary technologies and tools to drive strategic sourcing initiatives  

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. 

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, databases, and ATS systems. 

  •  A high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
