Responsibilities:

• Leadership:  Provide strong and inspiring leadership to a diverse hotel food and beverage team, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Operations:  Oversee all aspects of the food & beverage hotel offerings, ensuring quality assurance best practices, the team consistently meets or exceeds all performance benchmarks.
• Guest Services:  Cultivate a culture of exceptional guest service, ensuring every guest has a memorable and enjoyable stay.
• Training & Development:  Recruitment, training, performance review and team engagement.
• Business Acumen & Financial Management:  Proactively address issues, demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement.  Upholding high standards of quality, service, profitability and team achievement.

Qualifications:

• Passion to serve others and exceed guests’ expectations.
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business or related field preferred.
• Minimum of three years of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.
• Food & Beverage Manager/Director experience strongly preferred.
