How you will contribute

You will:

  • Support Account Managers to ensure an effectively communicated, coordinated and focused sales effort against key commercial priorities
  • Negotiate with applicable account representatives, to build and maintain favorable and effective relationships with customers
  • Provide support for all activities necessary to managing the customer relationship effectively including trade funds, invoicing and claims queries, relevant sales promotions, merchandising, shelf management and national sales programs etc.

Manage and develop commercial relationships with key accounts , ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, proper commercial execution, and sustained growth of Give and Go brands at assigned points of sale.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Manage and follow up on the assigned key account portfolio

  • Negotiate commercial terms: pricing, promotions, shelf space, additional displays, and in-store activations.

  • Ensure proper execution of the commercial and trade marketing plan within assigned accounts.

  • Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, inventory levels, and product rotation.

  • Achieve established sales, volume, and profitability targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Finance) to ensure product availability and customer service excellence.

  • Develop sales forecasts and account performance reports.

  • Identify growth opportunities: new product launches, line extensions, new shelf placements, and category expansion.

  • Participate in business review meetings (Joint Business Plans) with assigned retailers.

  • Follow up on invoicing, credit notes, and commercial agreements.

  • Analyze market data (Nielsen, Scanbuy, internal reports) to support decision-making.

Education / Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related field

Job specific requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in modern trade sales, Key Accounts, or Trade Marketing within CPG companies (food, beverages, or snacks preferred).

  • Experience negotiating with retail chains and/or warehouse clubs.

  • Familiarity with market analysis tools (Nielsen, IRI, or similar) is a plus.

  • Retailer negotiation and commercial agreement management.

  • Commercial KPIs: volume, revenue, margin, fill rate, days of inventory.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis).

  • CRM and/or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (given Give and Go's multinational context).

  • Advanced English
