Job Description Summary:
Integrated Execution (IE) Director will be the operational bridge between the Bottler, CCL and Country Operations Team to build commercial capabilities and drive Mid to Long Term channel strategy for Pakistan and Afghanistan region.
Key Responsibilities:
Channel plan integration between traditional trade, modern trade, OP and e-com to ensure seamless execution of channels. Reporting of integrated channel executions on performance forums.
Prioritizes key commercial focus areas and develops a system roadmap and implementation plan to accelerate improvement of existing core commercial capabilities in collaboration with the networked team and bottling partner in order to improve market position and accelerate Revenue Growth.
Initiates and/or supports in the development of agile system projects, to create system focus and progress on key focus areas such as, CDE Placement, Planogram, Assortment Optimization, Segmented execution, RED, RTM Designing while applying ‘Present Forward’ thinking.
Defines strategic roadmap for existing and new channels based on shoppers and customers’ evolution, needs, trends and behaviours in collaboration with Bottling partner.
Guides and collaborates with key stakeholders to set annual commercial execution priorities in line with Commercial Strategies.
Leads seeking out and share best practices and learning with others in KO, other relevant industries and third-party partners- Drive the development, capture and dissemination of best practice.
Screen, adapt existing tools to market needs and/or develop new tools that help to efficiently optimize commercial operations.
In close coordination with CCL OU Leadership, point of contact for reviewing global metrics and learnings exchange.
Experience & Qualification:
Business Degree from a reputed institution
10+ years of leadership experience in Commercial strategy, planning and execution with strong skills in Commercial and Channel Strategy, RGM Segmentation, RTM, Innovation and Portfolio strategy
Proven Strategic and Analytical Skills as well as outstanding influencing skills
Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial and brand management
Desirable to have candidates with Bottler experience
Functional Skills:
This role requires very solid system experience and perspective, system business fundamentals across a broad range of business dimensions combined with the ability to make complex business concepts understandable and compelling. Highly developed leadership and influencing skills are a must to positively influence our multi-functional system teams
To succeed, the role requires a strong combination of analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, strong Consumer- and Customer understanding, as well as a hands-on mentality– the ability to conceptualize plans from scratch and very solid understanding of commercial strategies and capabilities.
The role will be wired closely in a networked approach with Senior Leaders and Operators in the Operating Units C&CL as well Marketing/ Categories, Platform Services as well as our Bottling Partners.
Communicate with internal stakeholders and key Bottling partners
Internal: Communication of channel-specific opportunities, priorities and plans to the OU leadership team and other Senior Management
System: Communication and alignment of key strategic initiatives by channel as well as their key business drivers, KO System strategic direction/ priorities and performance with Bottler senior leaders
