Job Description Summary

The Global Aero Services Fulfillment Leader is responsible for delivering strong operational performance while simultaneously leading the transformation of the Aero Services fulfillment organization. This role has primary responsibility for engaging partner organizations—including Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, and Baker Hughes—to ensure end‑to‑end fulfillment execution in support of customers across repairs, rotables, and new and overhauled engines. The role also holds primary Hoshin ownership for repair schedule attainment across the Aero Services business.

This leader is accountable for near‑term execution excellence—including safety, quality, delivery, customer satisfaction, market share, and financial performance—while driving the structural, process, and capability improvements required to position the Aero Services business for sustained growth and long‑term competitiveness. As an inspirational people leader, this role is also accountable for attracting, developing, retaining, and promoting top talent to build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the global Aero Services execution strategy, balancing day‑to‑day operational performance with transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, scalability, and competitiveness.
  • Partner with Regional ITR leaders to drive operational and financial performance for repair, module, engine, and parts fulfillment, including forecasting, cost management (in partnership with Business Operations), productivity, and margin attainment.
  • Serve as the executive leader, managing a team of 4–7 people‑leader and individual‑contributor direct reports, while building leadership bench strength and critical functional capabilities.
  • Act as the primary interface between regions and Aero Alliance, GE Aerospace, and Baker Hughes to ensure alignment across current execution priorities and longer‑term financial and operational plans.
  • Lead financial forecasting and deliver operating margin performance in accordance with plan, while identifying and executing opportunities to structurally improve cost, productivity, and working capital.
  • Prioritize, sponsor, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that deliver near‑term performance gains while embedding sustainable processes, standard work, and a culture of continuous improvement across the enterprise.
  • Lead the schedule attainment Hoshin and other breakthrough initiatives by partnering closely with the extended Aero Services enterprise.
  • Partner closely with the Global Commercial Leader and Regional ITR leaders to proactively pursue commercial opportunities, with a customer‑centric focus on successful execution.
  • Influence execution organizations toward transformational initiatives required to achieve industry‑leading operational performance.
  • Act as an inspirational leader, fostering a high‑performance and inclusive culture that attracts, develops, retains, and promotes talent, while ensuring effective succession planning and leadership development.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication related to salary planning, performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions, reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Lead organizational efforts to deliver Customer Service excellence and ensure strict adherence to Operational Safety Policy requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence with a strong focus on integrity, controllership, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Services.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
  • Prior Aero business experience.
  • Quality training and/or certification.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results in complex operating environments while leading transformation and change.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate cross‑functionally at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated success deploying Lean process improvements at scale.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and people leadership skills.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $192,000 and $288,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
