Who You Are

As an Account Executive - Lender Sales, you’ll drive adoption of our Buy Before You Sell (BBYS) product among loan officers. You’ll focus on educating, influencing, and converting loan officers into BBYS advocates—making it a key part of their lending portfolio.

You’ll manage a high-volume pipeline, lead engaging demos, and support loan officers through the pre-approval process. Your goal is to ensure they understand the product and actively integrate it into their business.

What You’ll Do

  • Sell through education: Make BBYS a core offering for loan officers by turning them into advocates through product education, partnership support, and consistent follow-up.
  • Conduct engaging phone demos and webinars to introduce BBYS and explain its benefits clearly and confidently
  • Guide loan officers through the pre-approval process, helping them convert prospects into BBYS-qualified homeowners
  • Manage and execute inbound and outbound campaigns using tools like HubSpot, our Sales App, and custom phone/email cadences
  • Build lasting partnerships through ongoing relationship management, including onboarding, education, retention, and conversion initiatives
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify opportunities to elevate relationships—looping in AEs when corporate decision-makers are involved
  • Actively explore cold outreach and re-engagement opportunities to grow your pipeline

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in mortgage sales as a Loan Officer or Loan Officer Assistant; we’re also open to candidates with a background in high-performing outside sales roles in other industries.
  • Proven track record of managing high-volume pipelines and phone-based sales or education campaigns
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools, and comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • A strong understanding of the lending process and how to engage partners at the front of the real estate transaction
  • High energy, excellent communication skills, and a natural ability to influence and educate
  • A self-starter mindset with strong follow-through, organization, and ownership
