Job Description:

We’re looking for a Enablement Specialist to join our Retirement Operations team at MBPS. In this role, you Identify opportunities for improvement to ensure a high standard of quality is in place within the team. Improve processes and workflows to remain competitive. Enablement Specialist meet with company subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop solutions to enhance business processes. You will join forces with other talented people to analyze business needs and drive small projects that lead to improved operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Using your analytical skills and critical thinking to ask questions, understand business drivers and needs, bring order and precision to scope and requirements on operational initiatives.

  • Utilizing a variety of requirements modelling techniques - such as user stories, process mapping, acceptance criteria, and business rules – to convey information.

  • Documenting process requirements and researching solutions to make recommendations. Partner with Business Process Owners through meetings and review of existing material to create standardized procedural documentation.

  •  Update and edit existing procedural documentation based on Business Partner input to ensure accurate and current procedures are available to employees. 

  • Using your critical thinking skills and sound judgement to make business decisions that drive results and solve customer problems.

  • Delivering documented solution requirements so that everyone has a clear and consistent understanding of the proposed solution.

  • Automated and seamless process solutions with a focus to reduce work effort and lower cost.

  • Designing workflow and process strategies to improve business performance.

  • Using your effective communication skills to lead meetings and present information to all levels within the company.

  • Preparing our business partners for changes that are introduced and articulating what it will mean for them specifically.

  • Creating and presenting process reports for client approval.

  • Overseeing the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.

  • Accountable for creating and writing new procedural documentation, editing existing documentation.

  • Monitoring the efficacy of updated workflows.

  • Staying up to date with the latest business practices and technologies.

  • Principles, tools, and techniques used to improve quality, reduce errors, and design new business processes.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 yrs experience as a Process/Business Analyst

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification

  • Familiarity with Power Platforms (ie BI Tools) and System Automation applications

  • Proven portfolio of completed projects

  • Advanced understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Keen interest in continuous learning of automated applications and platforms
