Summary:
As a DevOps Architect, a typical day involves evaluating and crafting comprehensive DevOps strategies tailored to intricate technology landscapes. This role requires designing and constructing robust DevOps frameworks that support a variety of infrastructure models, including cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-premises environments. The work often includes integrating microservices architectures alongside traditional application patterns, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency across diverse platforms. Collaboration with multiple stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering innovation and continuous improvement within the technology ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of DevOps best practices to enhance operational workflows.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between development, operations, and other technical teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevOps.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Apache Administration, AWS Core Infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience with infrastructure as code tools and automation frameworks.
- Ability to design scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
