Position Overview:

The objective of the role is to perform the posting of invoices and credit notes on a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for disputes management and vendor account reconciliation.

What would your responsibilities be? 📋:

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.

• Perform invoice and general ledger data entry.

• Execute the reconciliation of supplier accounts.

• Creation and maintenance of supplier accounts.

• Monitoring, consultation and dispute resolution.

• MEC closing activities [monthly closing activities].

What are we searching for?🔍:

• Training in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration...

• Advanced knowledge of Excel (dynamic tables, formulas...).

• Good level of English.

• Proactivity and adaptability to change.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Attention to detail.
