About the Role

Support group employee benefits new business development across channels and help achieve sales target by providing the best in case support service to internal team and external customers

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare case worksheets for underwriting on a timely and accurate basis
  • Review and prepare proposals on a timely and accurate basis
  • Coordinate closely with other sections (including sales and underwriting) to ensure smooth processing of cases
  • Track the case processing status
  • Provide status feedback to sales team and business as necessary
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirements
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate manager

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Colleague graduated or above with at least 2 years’ working experience
  • Fresh graduates would also be considered
  • Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • Highly self-motivated and directed
  • Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
