Providing valued support to partners, Angie Freeman and Robert Dearn, as well as their team of lawyers, this role offers an experienced PA the opportunity to make the role their own and be a valued member of their high performing practice. Key responsibilities

In this varied and fast-paced role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing all incoming correspondence, as well as providing a proactive and efficient approach to producing correspondence without direction
• File management as well as actively attending to email filing/management for Partner and ensuring other employees are attending to same
• Managing telephones, electronic diaries and voicemail for team members 
• Organising meetings and travel, including a proactive approach to reorganising commitments on a needs basis
• Manipulation of complex documents 
• Drafting, reviewing and preparing correspondence / documentation
• General accounts, reporting and monthly billing

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Broad PA/EA/legal secretarial experience (in professional services working with Partners or C -level executives would be advantageous, although not essential)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong document production skills including version control
• Advanced skills in Word, Outlook (plus iManage and Aderant - preferable but not essential)
• Proactive approach and first rate secretarial skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high performing work environment
• Ability to work part of a team and have a flexible and adaptable approach
• Ability to anticipate Partner requirements to reduce administrative time.

The team helps Commonwealth and State Governments with some of their most interesting, significant and technically challenging programs.  We use our skills to solve complex legal problems, assist with the development and implementation of program strategy, and inform policy development.
