Printpack seeks qualified candidates to fill the position of a Corporate Security and Emergency Response (ER) Program Manager who will lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of security and emergency preparedness strategies across our manufacturing operations.

This critical role involves protecting our people, assets, information, and brand reputation while ensuring business continuity. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities, exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills, and direct experience managing security and ER programs in a multi-site, international manufacturing environment. This role would report directly to the Director, EHS, and be part of the Corporate EHS team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead comprehensive corporate security and emergency response programs across US and Mexico locations
  • Develop and oversee physical security measures, including access control, CCTV surveillance, and security services
  • Manage executive protection program and coordinate threat assessments
  • Create and maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) for various scenarios
  • Establish crisis management frameworks and conduct regular emergency response drills
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across departments and locations
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to site-level EHS Managers and ER teams
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and manage program budgets

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, or related field
  • Extensive manufacturing industry experience in security/emergency response management
  • Proven experience managing multi-site programs, including international locations (Mexico)
  • Strong understanding of physical security principles and technologies
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels and cultures

Additional Requirements:

  • Valid passport required
  • 40% travel (domestic and international)
  • Available for after-hours and weekend emergency response
  • Ability to work in manufacturing environments with various physical demands
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks
