Job Description

Position Overview:

The Executive, Growth will support the AirAsia rewards Growth Team by managing the end-to-end operations and growth of the Member Referral Program, overseeing content and performance of social media platforms for both B2B and B2C segments, and assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns and on-ground activations. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills and a passion for driving engagement and growth across digital and offline touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Referral Program Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the member referral program

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the program including campaign setup and performance tracking

  • Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Tech, CRM) to ensure seamless user experience and system functionality

  • Continuously analyze and optimize the program’s performance to drive referral growth and member engagement

  • Develop and propose monetization strategies to maximize the value and ROI of the program
     

2. Social Media Management (B2B & B2C Segments)

  • Lead content planning, scheduling, publishing, and engagement across AirAsia rewards’ social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and curate compelling content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives

  • Monitor platform performance and social listening, respond to comments/messages, and engage with our online community

  • Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports with insights and recommendations

  • Work towards monetizing social channels through content-led strategies and partnerships, with clearly defined KPIs (e.g., engagement rate, click-through rate, lead generation, conversions)
     

3. Marketing Campaigns & On-ground Activations

  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)

  • Assist in organizing and executing on-ground events, activations, and roadshows in collaboration with event partners and vendors

  • Represent the brand during public engagements and ensure a consistent and positive brand image

  • Assist with the creation of campaign collaterals, merchandise, and giveaways as required

Job Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, or referral/loyalty programs. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered

  • Familiar with key social platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and basic content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut)

  • Strong communication and copywriting skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

  • Data-driven mindset with an ability to analyze performance and propose actionable strategies

  • Proactive, team-oriented, and willing to travel or work on-site for events/roadshows when needed
