Pricing Analyst - Transportation & Electronics Business Group, Brazil

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Pricing Analyst you will play a key role for collaborate closely with pricing team members across business units to improve pricing efficiencies in the division of Transportation & Electronics Business Group. In this role you will be able to work with the area team to provide feedback for area pricing tools as well as assists in any necessary tool improvement and collaborate with Areal Process Leads, sales teams, CDLs to ensure adequate execution of pricing strategies into the system.

The impact you will make in this role

• Execute transactional pricing process for area based on governance process
• Transact standard price change request according to governance process
• Transact deviated price request according to area leverage and playbook
• Process the requested promotions according to the established framework
• Escalate to area portfolio leader the quotation request
• Execute price change into the system
• Identify and escalate transactional process improvement opportunities to generate a better customer experience and simplify processes

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related areas
• Experience in pricing operations, ability to work effectively and collaboratively across businesses and operations teams
• High level of autonomy and data-driven decision-making capacity
• Demonstrated ability to bring customer needs to life
• Ability to manage difficult situations
• Advanced English is required
• Requires high knowledge of Salesforce, Excel, SAP

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: 

• Hability to speak Spanish and Portuguese
• Analytics skills desire in Power BI/Tableau & Vendavo
