The Role:

We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer who is passionate about driving quality excellence, leading initiatives, and mentoring others. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be a technical leader and key contributor in all phases of manufacturing and warranty quality. You will:

  • Serve as a mentor and technical expert for the Quality Engineering team

  • Lead and manage strategic quality-focused projects across the organization

  • Champion new technologies to advance quality and provide competitive advantages

  • Ensure new and existing products meet reliability and performance expectations

  • Perform PPAPs for supplier and engineering changes

  • Guide quality planning from concept development through new product launch

  • Train operators in QA and QC principles and best practices

  • Participate on the Material Review Board (MRB)

  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions

  • Lead or participate in continuous improvement activities and quality teams

  • Develop and present quality reports and trend analyses

  • Drive failure investigations related to customer complaints, warranty returns, stock evaluations, and CAPAs

  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials, Inspection, Distribution, and Product Development teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field

  • 5–7 years of quality engineering experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing

  • Strong project management and root-cause problem-solving capabilities

  • Broad knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, GD&T, blueprint reading, PFMEA, metrology, and quality plan development

  • Strong statistical background, including GR&R, SPC, process capability, and DOE

  • PPAP and supplier quality experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliability/Warranty Engineering experience

  • ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer

  • ISO Lead Auditor certification

  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification

  • Experience in machining and/or mechanical assembly

  • Experience with SharePoint list design and maintenance
