Responsibilities:

  • Lead analytical and operational workstreams across securitizations and other capital markets transactions involving specialty finance assets
  • Assess collateral pools across diverse asset types, validating data integrity, structural requirements, and eligibility criteria
  • Build and maintain detailed Excel models for waterfall projections, cash flow analytics, collateral performance tracking, and risk‑adjusted return analysis
  • Draft, update, and deliver transaction materials including investor presentations, deal summaries, and internal approval packages
  • Engage directly with issuers, investors, trustees, rating agencies, and internal teams to clarify deal terms and resolve structuring or data issues
  • Collaborate with legal, operations, risk, and treasury teams to support seamless transaction execution from structuring through closing
  • Apply AI tools—particularly agentic workflows—to automate data validation, enhance portfolio insights, and streamline repeatable securitization processes
  • Maintain organized electronic deal files and support monthly/quarterly reporting obligations for active transactions
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement of securitization processes, modeling standards, and data automation frameworks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree or CFA preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in securitization, capital markets, structured finance, or specialty finance analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to support and execute complex capital markets transactions with minimal oversight
