In this Senior HR Reporting Analyst role, you will support HR, Operations, and other internal partners by ensuring data accuracy, developing and delivering Workday reporting, assisting with system updates and enhancements, and troubleshooting/resolving system issues as necessary.
This position reports to the Director Payroll and HR Technology and is based out of our Anoka, MN Office.
What you’ll do:
Develop and analyze monthly reporting and metrics to support CSG required KPI metrics (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, etc.)
Design, build, test, and maintain Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Custom) and dashboards using Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics. Work with partners to identify reporting needs and ensure reporting delivers the information timely.
Partner with the HRIS team on configuration, security, business process changes, and release management to ensure reporting stays aligned with system updates.
Gather requirements from HR stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, Operations, etc.) and deliver scalable, user-friendly reporting solutions.
Develop and own key HR metrics and executive dashboards.
Assist with audits and reconciliation of HR related data between systems (MN Leave, 401K, etc).
Own the HR Sharepoint site (MyHR) for all of HR. Streamline the site and ensure timely updates to documentation and employee-facing reference materials. Purge outdated materials and ensure teams are providing the most up to date information available.
Effectively communicate and build relationships with HR Team and business partners across the company to drive comprehensive deliverables
Create documentation, job aids, and training for end-users and HR partners.

Experience you bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of financial analyst or equivalent experience
Strong business acumen with an ability to rely on judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Ability to work cross-functionally with all levels of the organization
Excellent PC skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
Must be detailed oriented – ability to analyze and resolve discrepancies
Strategic thinker with strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
Team player with a service mentality and a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Results-oriented – takes great pride in accountability and strong personal initiative
Takes direction and ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of/familiarity with configuring HRIS or Finance systems (any prior exposure is a plus)
Experience with data management, reporting and analytics
Ability to troubleshoot, research, and analyze problems, recommend solutions and resolve issues quickly
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Collaborative approach, with strong ability to build relationships, gain credibility and partner with others at all levels within the business
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures to help ensure the HRIS Team meets organizational needs and goals
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.
Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $93,100.00 - $110,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
