What You Will Do
Ensure Operational Excellence: Diagnose equipment issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain meticulous documentation. Support all maintenance activities, including machine setup, qualification, and buy-off.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead 5S implementation, manage tool life, and support TPM initiatives to boost OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and MTBA. Continuously identify and implement improvements across processes.
Maintain Quality & Standards: Collaborate with teams to resolve quality issues (8D, MRB, CAR’s) and ensure adherence to and updating of standard operating procedures.
Optimize Resources: Manage the R&M budget, strategically handle spare parts, ensure their quality and availability, and contribute to capital expenditure reduction.
Develop Talent: Conduct technical training programs to enhance maintenance personnel skills and contribute your expertise to foster team efficiency.
Strategic Support: Evaluate organizational needs and implement technical solutions that meet defined requirements.
What Will You Bring
A Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Computer Engineering, or a Technology Graduate qualification.
Preferably 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a semiconductor environment.
Experience with modern assembly machines is a significant plus, including:
EOL: ASM/Towa/Mphoenix Automold, ASM/Hanmi/Fosys DTFS.
Laser Marking: EO /Rofinsinar laser marking machines.
Other: Essemtec PMA, Ueno Seiki Inspection, Ovens, and secondary machines.
